The better-known but so-far less decorated cousin of Shelley and Chris Duncan, Eric has been the Yankees 1B of the future since his draft in 2002. So long, in fact, that he might be running out of time. While he does have the bat speed, left-handed power and overall baseball skills to play in the Bronx, he'll need to improve on his .250ish, 10-homer minor league seasons of late if he's going to ever arrive.
