A maturing lefthander who put up quality numbers as a reliever in KC's minor league system, Texan Brandon Sisk should be a contributor from the Angels' major league bullpen in 2013. He's always done well keeping the ball in the park, and his strikeout rate (roughly one per inning) is promising. Expect the Angels to give him a long look in the spring with an eye to a LOOGY role, something the team could very much use.
